My name is Kristina Chin.  I started my teaching career at the Newton YMCA in Newton, Massachusetts.  My experience began in the Toddler classroom for the first year and then I transitioned to the Preschool.  I spent seven years in the mixed age preschool classroom working my way up from assistant teacher helping a couple days a week, to Teacher, to Lead teacher my last two years there.   I have a Bachelors of Arts degree from Grand Valley State University and Teacher Certification from Fisher College.  I love watching children grow and learn through play. The skills I developed working with many ages allows me to identify learning styles and abilities and individualize around those distinct characteristics.
